MLS web services on Win2K3 Web Server Edition?

In a multi-server architecture, is it possible to run the MMLS Web Services
server on the Web Server edition of Windows 2003, or do we need to use Win2K3
Standard?

The SQL server would of course be on a different box in this scenario.

Windows 2003 Web Server edition was not tested with MLS 1.0 so it's not officially supported. However, it may work, but I've never tried to install it on that
edition so I can't confirm.
